Draft for owner review
Privacy policy scaffolding
This is not a final legal policy. Everyday Member is operated by Tal, Herbalife Independent Distributor, but complete operator details, services and launch jurisdiction still require review.
Current preview behavior
This unpublished preview does not accept enrollment or payment. On the U.S. member guide, a test form saves the name, email, campaign details from the link (such as UTM tags and fbclid) and visit, qualification and Herbalife-button times as synthetic test data.
Meta Pixel
On the U.S. member guide and join page, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) for advertising measurement and ad optimization. It sends Meta a page view, a “Qualified” event after the test form is submitted, and a “HerbalifeClick” event when the official enrollment button is clicked, along with standard browser and device data and Meta’s own cookies. We do not send your name or email to Meta and do not use Advanced Matching. Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland (or whose region cannot be determined) are asked first, and the Pixel loads only if they accept. You can change your choice anytime via “Ad measurement settings” in the footer; the choice lasts for this visit.
Information to document before launch
The final policy should include Tal’s required operator details, contact method, information collected, purposes, service providers, retention, security practices, choices and region-specific rights.
Future inquiry handling
If contact delivery is activated, the final policy must accurately describe form fields, delivery providers and marketing consent. It should not make guarantees broader than actual practices.
Third-party destinations
Official enrollment destinations will have their own terms and privacy practices. The final site should clearly distinguish outbound links from actions performed on Everyday Member.
